Do I have to buy drink bands separately?+
Yes. And you should do it now. No cash is accepted for alcohol once you're inside. Buy your band here with your ticket and skip that line entirely.
My group is bigger than 4. What do I do?+
Orders max out at 4 per transaction. Start a new one for the rest of your crew, or reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
Where do I park?+
ParkWhiz at 971 Howell Mill Rd for $15. Other lots within walking distance. Honestly though. Rideshare. It's a late night and Atlanta traffic is real.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refunds up to 14 days before the show. After that, tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer them to someone else.
I don't drink. Is this still for me?+
Absolutely. Our mocktail menu is genuinely good, not an afterthought. Come for the show, the floor, and the room. The bar is optional.
What happens if I don't use all my drink credits?+
Drink credits are valid from the moment you walk in until 2 AM. Unused credits don't roll over or get refunded. Use them.
How does table service work?+
Tables are reserved exclusively for VIP Package holders. Every other table is first come, first served. Want a guaranteed seat? Get the VIP.
